The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Totti's Bondi.

This role is ideal for a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Junior Sous looking to further develop their skills within one of Sydney's busiest and most successful kitchens.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll help drive service, support and develop junior chefs, and play a key role in maintaining the standards that have made Totti's a Sydney institution.

  • Support, train and motivate junior chefs, helping build a strong kitchen culture
  • Develop your skills across rostering, ordering, stock control and kitchen operations

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong service skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • A passion for quality food and hospitality
  • The confidence to support and develop junior team members
  • Great communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous but not essential
