The Role

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sous Chef to join the fun and passionate team. You will be working alongside the Head Chef to help manage, lead and inspire a team of 15+ chefs.

 

We are looking for the following:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar hatted or high-end restaurant.
  • Knowledge around Mediterranean and Provencal cooking.
  • They can hold their own in a busy service while remaining professional and guiding chefs.
  • Good communication, organisation and technical skills.
  • Confident to lead the kitchen, adapt to situations and work across any section when required.
  • Be creative and have a passion for good food.
  • Experience in COGS, P&L’s, kitchen admin and people management.
