The Role 

We are looking for energetic, bubbly, and experienced full-time, Team Leaders across our Restaurants, Bars and Cellars. This role supports the management teams in our venues to help lead and drive our junior front-of-house teams.

 

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment.
  • The ability to execute a busy service through supervising, coordinating, and driving a team of junior staff.
  • Train and upskill junior staff through delegation of tasks, from managing guests' experience to maintaining and driving venue standards and presentation.
  • Actively contribute to the day-to-day running of the venue.
  • Experienced with monitoring RSA within a similar venue.
