We are on the lookout for experienced hospitality professionals to join our family and help our business grow. Located on the stunning NSW south coast, Narooma is situated right on the waters of Wagonga inlet and the South Pacific Ocean. Merivale aims to bring everything that we love about hospitality to the wonderful and diverse coastline community.

The Role  

This is a great opportunity in Narooma for quality and talented Cooks to join the team on a full-time basis, as a Cook at Merivale, you will need the following experience and attributes:  

• 3+ years relevant experience in the industry  
• Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge  
• Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel  
• Good knife skills and a desire to learn  
• An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
