The Role
We are looking for quality and talented Cooks to join our kitchen teams across Sydney on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is opportunity for cooks from all culinary backgrounds. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.
To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:

3+ years relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

Experience with food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge.

Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, café, or hotel.

Have good knife skills and a desire to learn.

Understand HACCP and hygiene practices.

Be a team player and have good attitude and communication skills.
