The Role 

We are looking for quality and talented Cooks to join our teams on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there are opportunities for cooks from all culinary backgrounds. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career. 

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes: 

 

  • 3+ years relevant experience in the hospitality industry 
  • Experience with food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge 
  • Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, café, or hotel 
  • Have good knife skills and a desire to learn 
  • Understand HACCP and hygiene practices 
  • Be a team player and have good communication skills and attitude
