The Venue 

The Totti’s brand is a Sydney institution, headed up by Mike Eggert, it is all about enjoying simple, delicious food with your favourite people. The menu is made for sharing, starting with the wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven.  


The Role 

With 3 restaurants across the city including Bondi, CBD, and Rozelle, we are looking for chefs who are passionate about simple, flavoursome Italian cuisine.  


We are on the lookout for talented chefs of all levels; from commis chefs to junior sous to join the enthusiastic and energetic teams at Totti’s. 


If you have the passion to grow your career, we would like to chat to you: 

  • A passion for Italian cuisine, great produce, and simple flavours. 
  • Wood-fired oven or Josper oven experience ideally, but we can train you up.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant.
  • Managed your own section and trained junior staff.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
