The Role

If you have a passion for great Italian food and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant then this could be the role for you. We are looking for chef of all levels at our Totti’s Bondi and Bar Totti’s venues.  We are looking for chef with the following:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a high-end wine bar, restaurant or brasserie
  • Well presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchen,
  • Good work ethic, attitude and communication.
  • Able to manage a section and junior chefs
  • Knowledge around Italian cuisine and using a wood-fired oven is a bonus.
