Chef de Partie | Mr Wong

Mr Wong creates what is, in essence, a self-contained Chinatown, complete with dim sum kitchen, roast meats counter, downstairs banquet hall and a moody colonial dive bar that could have been plucked from the backstreets of Hong Kong. Mr Wong is one of the largest restaurants in the Sydney CBD.

We're seeking a Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running, the most important part for us is finding someone with the right amount of spunk - you need to be passionate and hungry. Ideally, you'll love Asian food and flavours, we can teach you the ins and outs, but you gotta love it to really enjoy it! Be reliable and have a stable background and proven experience in good food. In this role you'll have the ability to work alongside a world-class Executive Chef where you will grow, learn and develop.
