Bartender | Ash St Cellar

Located on a laneway in the middle of Sydney’s CBD, Ash St. Cellar has everything to make a breakfast meeting, lunch catch-up, or candlelit dinner, extra special. Head chef Jake Ahrens creates European-inspired tapas with French, Italian and Spanish influences at this modern-style bistro. Our wine list is curated by Franck Moreau, Merivale’s award-winning master sommelier.

We are currently on the search for a bartender who will be required to jump on the floor and help when needed. This role is for someone who has strong wine knowledge and can handle a fast paced/high volume environment. This venue is also buzzing and providing an outstanding quest experience is at the core of everything we do.
