As a trusted partner to the operational business, you will facilitate end to end recruitment for Front of House guest experience professionals and highly skilled Kitchen teams. You’ll champion candidate care to elevate the overall employee experience, from first contact to onboarding.
The Role
Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hospitality roles, including role briefings, sourcing, screening, coordinating trials, negotiating offers, and managing contracts.
Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior business leaders, HR teams and external agency partners.
Strategic Sourcing - Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and nurture future talent relationships.
Process Improvement - Use data insights, candidate feedback, and technology to continuously improve recruitment processes and systems.
Candidate Experience - Champion candidate care, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience, timely feedback, data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
Essentials

2+ years’ experience in high-volume recruitment (agency or in-house).

Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, systems, and compliance.

Operational knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
