Kitchen & Experience

We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the passionate team, you will be working alongside the Head Chef to help manage, lead and inspire a team of 20+ chefs. You will have knowledge and experience in a fine dining or hatted venue, who can hold their own in a busy service while staying professional. The successful chef will have good communication skills, be confident working on all sections and have the ability to adapt to any situation.
