We are looking for a Sommelier who will be responsible for delivering high quality guest experience, effective cellar stock management and contributing to curation of new wine lists. You will be supporting the Senior Sommelier team and sharing your knowledge across the team. Experience in fine dining or a similar environment is necessary.

This is an exciting role that will provide a development path within Merivale and the opportunity to work with a highly qualified and passionate team.
