Set in poolside surroundings, Uccello is ivy's hidden rooftop gem. Featuring an authentic Italian menu, each dish allows the ingredients to speak for themselves. Head chef Ben Sitton's menu combines intricate flavours with influences from all over Italy. Making the most of Uccello's stone oven, Ben has perfected wood-fired proteins such as Near River suckling pig with nectarine and balsamic and whole John Dory with pickled zucchini, capers, and oregano. Uccello's menu is complemented by a hefty wine list with about 800 wines to choose from.
