Head chef Jake Ahrens creates European-inspired tapas with French, Italian and Spanish influences at this modern-style bistro. Our wine list is curated by Franck Moreau, Merivale’s award-winning master sommelier.

We are searching for a Sommelier to deliver a high quality of guest experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue and for sharing your knowledge and upskilling the wider team in wine. Global wine knowledge would be preferable. This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to work with highly qualified and passionate team.
