Service Desk Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology team and the everchanging world of hospitality. Work across a portfolio of some of Sydney's most iconic restaurants, bars and night spots including Establishment, ivy, Coogee Pavilion and many more.

 

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be actioning service desk requests including general enquiries, desktop hardware and application troubleshooting, point of sale equipment and printers. This position is a great opportunity for you! Some other core responsibilities include;

 

  • Upgrading and replacing Desktops, laptops and associated hardware
  • Troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues on a daily basis
  • Collaborating with the team on developing training material for users
  • Assisting the Applications and Operations Team with projects
  • Participating in a rotating on call roster providing 24/7 support involving weekend work
  •
