The Venues

Merivale restaurants expanded across all of Sydney, known for their incredible guest engagement, great food, and beverage. We want you to help us enhance that! You could find yourself working for the likes of Bar Tottis in the CBD all the way through to the expansive ground-floor restaurant at Coogee Pavilion.

The Role

We are looking for confident and outgoing Restaurant Staff across waiting, running, and hosting roles. Your job is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, from the personalised service you provide to the incomparable product you serve.

Working closely with the management, kitchen, and sommelier teams, you will be trained on our extensive menus and expected to understand and use your knowledge.
