The Venue

Bar Totti's is your CBD Italian that’s all about sharing good food, a few laughs and a drink or two with friends and colleagues. Headed up by Mike Eggert, Totti’s menu is made for sharing. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Bar Tottis is open from 12pm until late so our guests are welcome at any time! 

The Role

We're searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our Bar Totti’s team. You will be the face of an award-winning restaurant with a focus on premium food and service that drives exceptional guest experience across the venue. This is a floor focused role where you will lead from the front in a fast paced, high-volume environment - you will be expected to constantly look for ways to improve and bring ideas and initiatives to the table. 

To really succeed in this role, we are looking for experienced Managers that have:

• Experience managing large and diverse team of experienced staff.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional product knowledge and ability to drive consistency and excellence.  
• Influencing, coaching and presentation skills.
• Business and operational acumen.
• Accountability for aspects of your venue's P&L.
• Knowledge and skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including late nights is essential.
