Receptionist | Merivale

Your day will look like:

  • Managing the reception desk, greeting guests, assisting with meetings and keeping the front area tidy and presentable.
  • Maintaining the busy reception email inbox and responding to guests in a timely manner. This includes guest invoice requests, general enquiries, lost property enquiries, and guest feedback.
  • General office upkeep, ensuring a clean and tidy office.  This includes the kitchen, print room, reception area and the overall office.
  • Collection and distribution of mail and packages for 3 offices
  • Ordering of most office supplies and consumables for more than one office space.

Ideally you are:

  • Background in reception or administration is a distinct advantage
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to multitask and work autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion and energy in your work, calm, polite and guest focused
  • Outgoing, proactive and client focused
  • Proficient in both Excel and Outlook
