Owned and run by the Hemmes family for over 60 years and remaining true to our heritage, our aim is to bring a little magic into the everyday.

We are constantly growing and pushing the boundaries in over 80+ venues to encapsulate a unique dining experience no matter where you go. Each space is carefully executed with the same attention to detail across a seemingly endless supply of inspired concepts, hatted restaurants, hotels, pubs, nightlife and retail giving the opportunity no matter what background you specialise in.

 

The Opportunities

Merivale is on an exciting journey and 2021 is going to be like no other. We are on the lookout for experienced pub chefs to join our pub venues across Sydney, which include Hotel CBD, The Grand and Slip Inn. We currently have some amazing opportunities within our venues across the kitchen space. This could be your opportunity to step up in your career and start to learn management skills.

 

  • A passion for pub food and enjoy working in a fun and casual environment
  • Help manage a team and take a step up into a senior role
  • Experience in bistro’s, restaurants or pubs
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen, good organisation and attention to detail
  • Train junior chefs and develop your management skills
