The Venue

El Loco is lively, loud and proud of it. A cantina based in the CBD, combining food, fun and friends for the ultimate Mexican fiesta - is now looking for a strong chef to join the ranks! The El Loco menu at Slip Inn includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style Quesabirria, Burrito Bowl, D.I.Y Tacos, El Frederioko Hot Dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos.

The Role

We are looking for our next talented and energetic casual Prep Hand who can diligently help out in the kitchen and jump in where needed. You will be responsible for helping with the basic food preparation.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be driven and follow directions well
• Be available to do a late-night shift
• Have a good work ethic
• Have some previous experience in a prep hand role
• Want to be part of fun and dynamic teams
