The Role

We are looking for confident and highly skilled Restaurant Staff who have experience working in premium restaurants.  


Your job is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, from the personalised service you provide to the incomparable product you serve. Working closely with the management, kitchen, and sommelier teams, you will be trained on our extensive menus and expected to understand and use your knowledge. 


This is a unique opportunity for experienced hospitality people to join our team and lead the premium offer at Merivale.

You will need to have excellent guest engagement and at least 2 years of experience working in fine dining. We strive for a high level of presentation and the entire team leads by example.
