The Role
Merivale is looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our Learning & Development team. We are currently building the foundations for world-class training at scale across all our Venues. Merivale prides itself in providing best-in-class experiences for our guests, and this all starts with developing our people!
As a People Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of Merivale Academy’s learning transformation activities, including but not limited to, technology, learning evaluation and analytics, vendor procurement and management, and process and policy improvement.
Your day-to-day may look like this:
- Delivery of learning technologies, including implementation of new technologies, optimisation of existing technologies, and supporting requirements analysis and vendor selection.
- Vendor management, coordinating procurement activities, and tracking vendor performance.
- Coordination and delivery of learning evaluations and reporting in line with the evaluation framework.
- Maintaining L&D design and management systems, creating processes and templates, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Operationalising L&D policy and updates, and team coordination support to the Head of Learning Transformation.
Who you are:
- An experienced learning and development professional with 2-3 years experience in a Learning coordination or LMS administration role.
- Experience managing technology for learning, learning data, procurement process, process and improvement, data analytics and reporting.
- Experience supporting LMS implementation, managing learning technology and vendor selection and embedding standards around this.
- Qualifications in training or HR are a plus
- A love and passion for the hospitality industry
