The Role 

 

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Pastry Chefs to join our team. Opportunities are available in a casual capacity at Mumu, and on a full-time basis at Mr. Wong and Bar Totti’s — all conveniently located in Sydney's CBD. 

In this role, you will work alongside a highly experienced team, supporting pastry service across our venues. Your enthusiasm for the craft, combined with a commitment to excellence, will be key to your success and growth within our dynamic, professional kitchen teams. 

 

To be successful in this role: 

  • You will have an eye for detail and always look to improve yourself and the product.
  • You will have previous experience as a pastry chef 
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and can support the head pastry chef in the day-to-day running of the section.
  • Are well organised and can work to a timeline and high standard in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen.
