The Venue  

Come by for an Italian drop, or a cocktail, and Mike Eggert’s menu of simple, delicious food. There are plenty of house-made antipasti to choose from, including sardines, kingfish crudo, marinated peppers and burrata, and grilled snacks like king prawns with chilli and fennel and haloumi with beetroot, as well as Totti’s signature bread, wood-fired to order. 

 

The Role 

If you have a passion for pastry and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant, this could be your role. We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes: 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a high-end wine bar, restaurant or brasserie 

  • Experience in different pastry techniques and strives for perfection  

  • Well presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchen 

  • Good work ethic, attitude and communication.
