The Venues

2025 is shaping up to be one of Merivale's most exciting years yet, with several new venues set to open. We're currently on the lookout for talented individuals to join us at three new locations in Rose Bay, Paddington, and the Sydney CBD.

As we prepare to launch these highly anticipated venues, we're inviting expressions of interest from those eager to be part of what will be Sydney's standout openings of the year. While we can't reveal too much just yet, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a variety of venue management and beverage professionals to head up these exciting new openings in Rose Bay, Paddington and the CBD, these include;

  • Bar Managers
  • Operations Managers
  • Restaurant Managers
  • Assistant Operations/Restaurant Managers
  • Host Managers

As a Manager at Merivale, your focus will be on:

 

  • Leading a large team with compassion and respect, while inspiring a group of passionate, fun-loving individuals to consistently deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate.
  • Ensuring that our focus is always on the guest and their experience.
  • Managing strong financial controls as well as initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales.
