New Venue | Chefs

2025 is shaping up to be an incredible year for Merivale, with exciting new venues set to open in the heart of Sydney's CBD. We're on the hunt for passionate and talented chefs to be part of something special. The Role

We're on the lookout for a few talented Chefs to join our team in a casual capacity. You'll be serving up premium snacks that complement our premium beverage offering. If you're passionate about great food and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to talk to you.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following experience and attributes:

• 2+ years of similar experience in a commercial kitchen
• Ability to work late at night until 2:00 am.
• Have experience managing and owning your section. 
• Be adaptable, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills, attitude, and being a team player.
