Merivale Academy launched in October 2023, helping create a culture where learning is part of everyday work. The program supports employee development through induction training, skill building, compliance education, and leadership development, delivered online, on the job, and in the classroom.

Supported by the mobile-first learning platform SAP Learn, Merivale Academy aims to improve business performance while empowering our people to continue delivering excellent guest experiences.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive logistics and coordination support across all Merivale Academy programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end administration of enablement activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, communications, and documentation. Work  closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to align on objectives, manage deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards.

The successful will demonstrate the ability to navigate and utilise a range of learning and business platforms to support program delivery, reporting, and learner engagement. Collaborate effectively with Learning & Development (L&D) and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with broader business goals. Play a key role in identifying process improvements, resolving operational challenges, and enhancing the overall learner experience, contributing to the ongoing success and impact of Merivale Academy.
