The Role

This is not your traditional Handyperson role... Be exposed to the world of hospitality, working in some of Sydney's most iconic venues! 

 

We’re looking for a full-time Handyperson to join our Facilities team based at The Ivy complex in the CBD but working across all Merivale venues. On any given day you will be involved in responding to maintenance requests from the venues including painting, general plumbing, furniture repair and joinery, tiling, carpentry, and general repairs.

 

You will be responsible for the general upkeep and presentation of the properties and managing external suppliers & contractors as required.

 

The Essentials

  • Have previous experience in a maintenance role
  • An understanding of general building maintenance, carpentry experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to work with other trades within the maintenance department
  • A current NSW drivers’ licence
