The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for energetic and passionate Guest Relations Hosts, to be a part of an upbeat team with opportunities for career growth. You will be self-motivated with a sharp sense of style and sass and play a part in enhancing the Guest Relations experience with your passion for delivering exceptional, engaging service to our guests.
Being the first point of contact for our most esteemed guests, you will be immaculately presented and truly engaging allowing your unique personality to shine through in every interaction. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most high-end products and exceptionally trained teams to help drive the success of the business all whilst getting to experience some of the most sought-after venues and events for yourself. We’re looking for an individual who can truly own the guest experience.
