Digital Marketing Lead | Merivale
The Role
Merivale is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own and optimise our digital ecosystem – from website and email, to CRM, paid media, and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll shape strategies, own execution, and ensure our digital presence is discoverable, effective, and continually evolving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies across key digital channels, including website, email, search, and paid media.
- Lead digital campaigns and promotional activity that drive foot traffic, bookings, and product purchase.
- Oversee website management, email builds, and campaign execution with speed and accuracy.
- Lead CRM and audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.
- Partner with agencies to deliver effective, data-driven ad campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance across all channels, with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage digital budgets, ensuring effective spend, ROI, and timely reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing technology, workflows, and digital practices.
Essentials:
- A digital all-rounder with experience in campaign management, CRM, website, email, and paid media.
- Proficient in using tools like Klaviyo, Meta/Google ads manager, and the Microsoft suite.
- Skilled in both strategy and execution – able to zoom out and plan, then roll up sleeves to deliver.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, confident working with agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Approx. 4 years relevant work experience.
