The Venue

Inspired by the tapas culture of Spain, Bar Topa is one of the exciting and buzzing venues which is part of ivy’s thriving dining precinct. Dishes draw upon the flavours of the Mediterranean coast and include small snacks along with tapas cooked on ‘la plancha’

This venue is an intimate spot to gather with friends to share a bottle of wine, or sample some sangria, as they graze the menu of sliced jamon, whipped salted cod, patas bravas and croquettes.

 

The role

We are looking for a talented Demi with a hunger to learn, lead and excel in their career, some of the attributes that we are looking for are:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a quality restaurant or wine bar
  • A team player but able to work both autonomously and under pressure
  • A good attitude, attention to detail and a passion for great food
  • Organised, presentable and responsible
  • Enjoy interacting with guests

This role is rewarding, you will find yourself as a key player in the team, collaborating with all areas of the venue from bar staff to the guests giving positive feedback directly to you. We can teach you the ins and outs of the menu, but what we really want is someone with the right attitude.
