Commis Chef | Slip Inn

The Venue 

El Loco is lively, loud and proud of it. A cantina based in the CBD, combining food, fun and friends for the ultimate Mexican fiesta - is now looking for a strong chef to join the ranks! The El Loco menu at Slip Inn includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style Quesabirria, Burrito Bowl, D.I.Y Tacos, El Frederioko Hot Dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos. 

The Role 

We are looking for a casual Commis Chef who can work independently in the hot section. This is a great opportunity to step up in your career. 

• 2 years' similar experience in hot section (Grills/Planchas/Fryer) 

• Available to work a few late-night shifts per week 

• Has a love of Mexican food. 

• Passion for good food and keeping consistency. 

• Professional and with good communication and management skills.
