The Venue

Jimmys Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill. Order a round of drinks and make yourself at home, were all friends here.

 

The unique design of Jimmys is essentially an open space split in two; a takeaway eatery from the kiosk at the front, or a more personalised dining experience as you head inside to the bar for a mezze style service.

The Role

If you have the following experience we would like to talk to you:

  • 1 years’ experience in relevant position
  • Happy working in an open kitchen
  • Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine beneficial but not necessary
  • Passion for food and guest experience
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume venue
