The Venue
Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill. Order a round of drinks and make yourself at home, we’re all friends here.
The unique design of Jimmy’s is essentially an open space split in two; a takeaway eatery from the kiosk at the front, or a more personalised dining experience as you head inside to the bar for a mezze style service.
The Role
If you have the following experience we would like to talk to you:
- 1 years’ experience in relevant position
- Happy working in an open kitchen
- Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine beneficial but not necessary
- Passion for food and guest experience
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume venue
