The Venue 

Jimmy’s is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy our menu, including our signature dish, Jimmy’s Famous Lamb, mezze plates, skewers straight off the Lebachi grill and an enhanced late-night experience. Jimmy’s is taking falafel well and truly into the future. 

The Role 

We are on the lookout for talented chefs that want to join the team, and have the following experience 

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant. 

• Organised, professional and effective communication skills. 

• Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine ideal but not essential 

• Experience across the kitchen helps, but we can train you. 

• Passion for food and the guest experience and can deliver a consistent product.
