The Venue

Merivale is currently looking for chefs to join our teams across the ivy Precinct located in the CBD variety of our venues. From our high-end dining restaurants such as Felix and Uccello, to our more relaxed and casual dining venues like MuMu, Ash St Cellar and Events. You will be joining a company that is continually growing and where opportunity is abundant. The Role

We are on the lookout for chefs of all levels from Commis to CDPs to join our kitchen teams across a range of venues. Our venues in ivy have a great selection of cuisine from French and Italian to Southeast Asian, the venues are busy and vibrant places to work with the real opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills.


Can you bring the following skill set to Merivale:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Be adaptable, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Have experience managing and owning a variety of sections across the kitchen.
  • Be confident in your communication and attitude.
  • Have experience training and guiding junior staff.
  • Be confident in managing stock levels.
  • Want to work in a fun and supportive environment.
