The El Loco menu at Slip Inn includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style Quesabirria, Burrito Bowl, D.I.Y Tacos, El Frederioko Hot Dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie who wants to join this fun and dynamic team on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity to step up in your career, if you:

Have similar experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Have some knowledge of Mexican food

Provide consistent quality to the food and work practices

Can ideally manage a section and train junior chefs
