Chef de Partie | Mr Wong

Mr Wong creates what is, in essence, a self-contained Chinatown, complete with dim sum kitchen, roast meats counter, downstairs banquet hall and a moody colonial dive bar that could have been plucked from the backstreets of Hong Kong. Mr Wong is one of the largest restaurants in the Sydney CBD.

We're seeking a Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running - you need to be passionate and hungry. Ideally, you'll love Asian food and flavours and have a couple years of experience cooking Asian Cuisine and experience on the wok! You'll have experience leading junior chefs in the kitchen, and have the ability to assist on other sections when needed.

In this role you'll have the ability to work alongside a world-class Executive Chef where you will grow, learn and develop.
