The Venue 

Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill. There is an exciting new chapter coming to Jimmy’s that will bring everything we love and more to this popular restaurant. Its unique design of Jimmy’s is essentially an open space split in two; a personalised dining experience with table service and a fabulous cocktail bar or you can swing by from the office or after a night out and grab a takeaway wrap or pita. 

The Role 

We are on the lookout for a talented full-time CDP to join the team. If you have the following experience and attributes, we would like to talk to you: 

• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant position with good grill experience. 

• Organised, professional and can work well under pressure. 

• Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine beneficial but not essential. 

• A passion for food, flavour and guest experience. 

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume venue restaurant or pub
