The Venue 

Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the Middle East, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill. The Role 

We are on the lookout for a talented Grill Chef to join the team. If you have the following experience and attributes, we would like to talk to you: 

• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant position with good grill experience. 

• Organised, professional and can work well under pressure. 

• Knowledge around Middle Eastern cuisine beneficial but not essential. 

• A passion for food, flavour and guest experience. 

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue restaurant or pub
