The Venue 
Each floor of the five-story Hotel CBD has its own distinctive feel. There’s a lively ground floor bar, a dedicated sports bar on the second floor – both with great food – and three function spaces that can accommodate everything from business meetings to elegant dinners and cocktail parties. 

The Role  

This passionate team is looking for a talented and energetic Chef de Partie to join them in a casual capacity to deliver fresh and seasonal dishes packed with flavour.  

To be successful in this role you must: 

• Have similar experience in a quality pub or restaurant.  

• Have experience working across grill and pans.  

• Have experience managing and owning your own kitchen.  

• Be happy to guide junior staff.  

• Be adaptable, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. 

• Be confident in your communication and attitude.
