The Venue 

Chef Mike Eggert’s menu is a fast, fresh, flavour-packed adventure through East Asia. With live seafood tanks, woks, and a wood-fired grill, it’s a feast that goes from tasty snacks and noodles to shared dishes of crabs, whole fish and a variety of perfectly grilled meats. 

 

The Role 

We are looking for CDP’s to join this high-volume elevated dining restaurant. If you thrive on delivering excellence and great food, have an interest to work with Asian cuisine, and want to have a great time while working, we would love to hear from you  

 

What we are looking for: 

  • 2+ years' experience working as a CDP in a fine dining restaurant, bistro or similar.
  • Experience working on the grill or wok section would be ideal.
  • Organised, driven and professional.
  • Good understanding of WH&S and allergens.
  • The ability to train junior chefs and manage a section. 

 

We have both full-time and casual chef de partie positions available.
