The Role

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the passionate team, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following we want to hear from you:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant
  • Good communication, attitude and execution
  • Confident running the mains section, guiding junior staff and maintaining product consistency 
  • Experience across the kitchen, working with suppliers and having goos WH&S controls
