Chef de Partie | Establishment Ground

Located right in the heart of the beautiful Sydney CBD - anyone that works in the city knows this venue, and knows it well. We have several offerings that we serve out of this kitchen - Establishment Bar, Palmer and Co and of course our Boutique Hotel in Establishment.  Lots of different things going on and a bit of juggling involved...

Being in the city our corporate clientele are usually time sensitive - particularly for lunch - so these service periods are fast paced and very busy. If you come in on any weekday lunch you will see us in full flight and experience the buzz and energy that our chefs and regular customers love.

It's a great place to eat and a great place to work if you love the energy, rush & satisfaction of a busy service.

 

We're looking for a competent Chef De Partie to join the busy team on a full time basis. You'll be confident in running your own section and assisting junior chefs at their stations. There are some nights and weekends involved - but as the core trading is corporate, it means a lot of the peak times are Mon-Fri. It really is a good balanced role, with responsibility and job satisfaction.
