This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of Sydney’s largest hospitality business as a Chef. We’re looking for someone who has at least three years’ experience and exposure to a fast-paced kitchens. You’ll oversee the kitchen, manage the ordering, rostering, maintaining quality and food safety standards and drive food and wage costs. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You’re able to provide consistent exceptional quality and most importantly have a great attitude and work ethic.
