The Venue

Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. It's a place to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late.

Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill.

The Role

We are looking for our next talented and energetic casual Prep Hand who can diligently help out in the kitchen and jump in where needed. You will be responsible for helping with the basic food preparation.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be driven and follow directions well
• Be available to do a late-night shift
• Have a good work ethic
• Have some previous experience in a prep hand role
• Want to be part of fun and dynamic teams
