The Venue  

Your night at Palmer & Co. begins before you even arrive; walking down an alleyway, through a nondescript door, and underneath the city streets. From that point on you could be in another place and time and the atmosphere is electric, with our regular sets of live music setting the mood to refined debauchery. 

The Role 

We are looking for a Casual Chef that can assist with day to day running of the kitchen/i. If you have the following experience, apply today: 

• 2+ relevant experience  

• Experience managing a small kitchen and team 

• Comfortable working autonomously 

• Well organised, professional with a good attitude 

This role will consist of night shifts, so flexibility to work into the evening is a must. The food offering is simple yet well executed, with a focus around good produce and variety to keep the guests snacking late into the night.
