The Venue 

With magnificent columns lining the walls and a 42-metre-long marble bar as its centrepiece, Establishment Bar exudes style and sophistication. This historic venue is a Sydney icon, and a unique place to enjoy a drink. Our menu has everything from traditional Thai to classic Aussie pub food. 
 

The Role 
We are on the search for a Casual Chef who is passionate, keen to learn and grow their career in a large hospitality group.  We are looking for someone with: 

• 1-2 years’ experience in a bistro or casual dining venue 

• Good communication, attention to detail and can follow direction 

• Experience with high volume as we cater for the corporate lunchtime crowd Mon-Fri 

• Thai experience is a bonus but not necessary, we can teach you! 

• Passionate about food and keen to develop their skills 

• Must have availability to work late nights
