The Venue
Hidden in the basement of Burns Philip & Co building on Bridge Street and headed up by Executive Chef Mike Eggert (Totti’s) Good Luck takes inspiration from Tokyo, think Totti’s but add soy, dashi, vinegar with fresh herbs, citrus and chilli.
The venue has been designed to feel like you’ve walked into a time capsule and stepped out into the rebellious and avant-garde 1970’s Tokyo underground scene. The main dining room is framed by three large fish tanks with live seafood, two wine rooms, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a bar.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bars.
You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point.
As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the following;
· Drive revenue, consistency and excellence
· Define & design the product offering
· Ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point & that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience & an outstanding product.
· Lead & develop a team of passionate staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest engagement
· Manage & control stock
