The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling, restaurant bar.

This is not only a dispense bar for the restaurant, but a popular choice for aperitifs and digestifs, as well as sophisticated choice for social drinks.

You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point.  

We are searching for a true bar enthusiast, someone who has strong and passionate cocktail and spirit knowledge.

You need to be a self-starter and driven to succeed in this role. Taking the team with you on a creative journey, to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience and an outstanding product.
